July 4th – James Christopher – Bring Me The Head Of Russell Kane
Combining the titles of the previous two Edinburgh Comedy Awards winners, to create something considerably less successful. But still very funny. James Christopher returns to the award-winning PBH Free Fringe with his third full solo show. This time, he’s armed with a flipchart and various oddities he’s accrued from his seven years on the circuit – and 34 years on Earth.
‘A likeably jolly chap, with a nice line in self-deprecation … he’s got more than a little charm‘ (Steve Bennett, Chortle.co.uk)
“Bespectacled and beguiling, his skewed, inventively helmed anecdotes and tales of perpetual outsiderdom could warm the hearts of those cryogenically sealed.” – Anthony J Brown
*Bring Me The Head Of Adam Riches (2011); Russell Kane: Smokescreens And Castles (2010).
